SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping Policies:
All items in stock will process and *begin shipping* within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified. If the item is not in stock we will contact you asap with the expected date of delivery. We will also contact you when the item has shipped.

Boutique To You ships all domestic and international orders with Federal Express shippers out of Arizona. For domestic shipments, packages are shipped with indirect signature required upon receipt. If you prefer to have your package shipped without the indirect signature requirement, please make a note in the notes area of your order. Please note that Boutique To You will not reimburse for lost packages that have been shipped without the indirect signature requirement. If your package shows "delivered" as its tracking status, but you have not received it, please contact FedEx for further instructions on how to proceed.

If FedEx is unable to deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address, extra shipping charges will incur. We will notify you if such charges occur and will bill them to the account used to place your original order.

Large/Heavy packages
We may need to adjust shipping charges according to the weight and/or the destination of your shipment. If your shipment requires extra shipping charges due to an extra large/ heavy package, we will notify you of these extra charges.

Shipping Rates and Types:

We apologize for the inconvenience, however we can not ship to PO Box addresses.

Delivery times are calculated using business days, i.e. Monday - Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

All orders shipped to non-US and non-Canadian addresses have a flat fee of $49.95 shipping. Transit time is 2-3 business days. Items ship when entire order is in stock, as we do not ship partial international orders unless pre-approved. Boutique To You is not responsible for duties and taxes on shipments to international countries. You are liable for any duties and taxes your package incurs upon entering your country. You are also liable for clearance charges and return shipping if your package is returned to Boutique To You due to your country's import restrictions. If your country denies any package for any reason, you are responsible for all resulting fees that are incurred during the shipment's return to us. Please check your country's taxes, duties, fees, and import restrictions before ordering from our site.

Boutique To You is not responsible for refused or abandoned shipments. You are liable for any and all duties, taxes, return shipping, and associated fees when you refuse or abandon a shipment from BTY. This includes the following reasons:

  • Your refusal to pay duties or taxes.
  • You provide an invalid address.
  • A carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver a shipment to your home, but cannot because you are away and/or do not pay duties and taxes on the shipment.
  • Your parcel is returned by customs because its contents are not allowed to be imported into your country.
  • Your refusal of any shipment for any reason.

Shipping charges for international shipments may be adjusted according to the weight and/or the destination of your shipment. If your shipment requires extra shipping charges due to an extra heavy package, we will notify you of these extra charges.

We will not ship your package without your approval for these extra shipping charges.

RETURN POLICIES

Please read the following points before submitting a return to Boutique to You. These policies are subject to change without notice.

General Returns: All items must be returned in their original condition(*see limitations & exclusions below), unused, with tags still intact within 14 days from receipt of your order.

RETURN FORM (must accompany return or exchange)

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags still intact.

Return Approval: Returns will not be processed without prior approval. Please email to acquire authorization for your return.

Return Authorization Number (RA#): When shipping back your return, mark the outside of the package with the RA# that was provided to you. Any package arriving without an RA# on the outside will be refused and sent back.

Before shipment, all items in your order are thoroughly inspected to make sure they are in perfect condition. Therefore, we do not accept returns on merchandise that has been damaged.

All returns will be processed by BTY within 7 business days of receipt.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We suggest you use an insured shipping method that can be tracked.

Please do not return any sale merchandise: as all sale items are final sale. Any sale items returned to us will be refused and sent back at customer's expense.

Returns - Shipping Charges:We will not refund shipping charges. If you received free domestic shipping on your original order, you will be charged $5.00 ($25.00 Canada $49.95 International) if the original total minus your return falls below $150.00 (or other free shipping offer limit). The resulting shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

Exchanges: We will charge a flat 5.00 fee for exchange shipping on domestic orders only. Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size or color and must be for in-stock items only. We are unable to process any exchanges for a different item. Send your original merchandise along with the return/exchange form filled out completely to the address provided. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit instead. We cannot hold items for exchange.

Defective Items: All items are shipped in new condition. However, if you receive a defective item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a return.

Returns are not permitted on the following items:

  • Scarves
  • Undergarments

*Return Limitations:

  • Items Purchased with Coupon/Discount Codes may be returned for store credit OR an exchange, no refunds. Like all returns, the item must be in sellable condition with no signs of wear, tags still attached.
  • Footwear - Exchange will be permitted for a different size of the same item as long as there is no sign of wear
  • Swimwear - Exchange will be permitted with no sign of wear and all tags and stickers are in place. An exchange for another swimwear style will be permitted.
  • Handbags - Store Credit will be permitted as long as there is no sign of wear.
  • Sunglasses -Store Credit will be permitted as long as there is no sign of wear.
  • Special Occasion Dresses - Exchange will be permitted for a different size of the same item as long as there is no sign of wear

PAYMENT, PRICING & DISCOUNT POLICIES

Payment Policies:
Boutiquetoyou.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal payment options. If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. To phone in your payment information call: 480-539-4169. Phone in payments must be received within 48 hours of your order being placed. If your payment is not called in within 48 hours your order will be canceled. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave your name, order number and phone number so that we can call you back.

Boutique to You is obligated to capture credit card funds within 7 days of purchase regardless of pre-order or back-order status.

Pay Pal funds are captured at the time an order is made.

International orders are charged at the time of ordering, regardless of ship time.

Pricing:
Boutique To You has the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error or supplier pricing error, BoutiqueToYou.com will refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

Price Matching
Boutique To You will attempt to match an online competitor's non-clearance price if requested prior to ordering. Please call 888-575-4222 to request a price match. Coupons will not be applied in addition to a price match. Some vendors/designers place a price match restriction on certain items. We do not price match online stores without a phone number or business address. All price matches are at the discretion of Customer Service.

Discounts and Coupon Code Exclusions:
PLEASE NOTE: Boutique to You does not honor price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional period.
We offer discounts and coupon codes to our customers. In most cases your coupon code is valid for all items contained in an order however there are some exceptions. The following types of items are excluded from discounts:

  • JBrand
  • Current/Elliott
  • House of Harlow Jewelry
  • Pre-Orders
  • Charity (BTY Gives Back) Items
  • Gift Certificates

If an order comes through with a discount code applied to a brand or pre-order as listed above, the discount will be removed and your card will be billed for the difference in price.

SIZE, AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDER POLICIES

Sizes:
The sizes on our site reflect the current trends in designer clothing. Most designers size their items true to size unless noted. We will note on the product description when sizes run small or large and make ordering suggestions. Each designer has their own fit, please ask us if you are unsure how to order your correct size.

Item availability:
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Pre-order Items:
When you pre-order a Boutique To You item, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. Boutique To You delivers your order as soon as it arrives to our store. All of our delivery dates are approximate, because manufacturers regulate this date according to their production schedules. We have no control over their production schedules or inventory. Boutique To You will refund your credit card if we cannot fulfill your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you online store credit good for any Boutique To You item. No returns are accepted on preordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items. Pre-order items are excluded from discount codes and coupons.

Boutique to You items listed on comparison shopping or web sites other than boutiquetoyou.com:
Many shopping comparison sites and publishers link to items listed on boutiquetoyou.com. Boutique to You has limited control over how 3rd party sites represent our items. We are not responsible for descriptions, photos, or prices listed on any web site other than boutiquetoyou.com. We can only honor our current prices listed on boutiquetoyou.com. BTY LAYAWAY PLAN POLICIES

The BTY Layaway Plan allows you to reserve your items and take 45 days to pay the remainder of your order. In order to participate in the layaway plan, you must adhere to the following policies. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.

Layaway Policies:

  • 15% down payment required within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Reserve your items now and take 45 days to pay off your order.
  • Make sure to add the Layaway Item with your order and use the "Phone In Payment" payment option during checkout to start your layaway plan and call Customer Service (1-888-575-4222 or 480-539-4169) right away.
  • Call Customer Service (1-888-575-4222 or 480-539-4169) at any time to make additional payments.
  • Preorder items are excluded from this plan, all pre-orders must be paid in full.
  • SALE items are excluded from this plan, all SALE items must be paid in full.
  • Cancelled or unpaid orders will incur a 5% cancellation fee and any remaining monies paid will be issued in a store credit.
  • When you layaway an item, it is reserved for you, no one else can purchase it. Removing items from your order will incur a 5% restocking fee.
  • Plan carefully, we do not allow time extensions.
